A Day at Point of RocksIt was the final "IHOP" Saturday morning breakfast get together of a group of longtime friends and instructors...John W. was leaving for Tuscon, AZ and a new job there. After our usual "tall stories and other tall tales" - Irv C. and I headed for Point of Rocks - 2 past Chiefs with a love of the rails just watching the trains roll through the Point of Rocks Station. Soon after we got there another firefighter from Long Island showed up as well. Both he and Irv, armed with radio scanners, tuned to the railroad frequencies so we could hear them before they got there! Enjoy the photos of our world of wheels and rails!
