National Xmas Tree 2008
On a cool Tuesday evening 2 days before Xmas, we traveled for the first time to the actual National Xmas Tree Site.
The tree was to be the focus - but I found TRAINS!!! Real model trains of the LGB large size model trains! COOL!
Layouts with running stock and scenery - oh, and the National Menorah and the Tree were pretty too! With trees from every state surrounding the National tree, decoreated by donations from someone in each state! Worth the trip!!!
Oh yes, and then on to the National Cathedral and the Xmas lights there! Awesome as well...and more photo op's!!! ENJOY!!!
